Great for business
By CUinFlorida
We stayed 8 nights on business and were very well taken care of. Only complaint is the limited options for pillows (not firm enough) and the bartenders were quite inexperienced Wifi was really slow [More] and sometimes kicked us off completely. Quite frustrating. Staff was accommodating and helpful and the outside was quite beautiful with the lake. We loved that there was tons of shopping within walking distance and many restaurant options too. Overall, I would recommend to others and will definitely stay here again! [Less]
Nice rooms, great food
By moonchild12
The room we got was a corner room, very nice!! The food was great!! Wendy at the desk was very nice and helpful. Annie, and Kate were very nice waitstaff in the restaurant. Very clean hotel, beds [More] comfy. The airport shuttle is a wonderful perk!! It runs every 20 min if needed 24/7! The pool, firepit, and Jacuzzi are great, though not in the sun much this time of time year. [Less]
No frills great beach hotel - But the food was bad
By hirkt54
I was quite pleased with almost everything except the food and the lobby computer. There was a sign on the computer limiting its use to printing boarding passes only - Very strange. The beach was [More] great with ample chaise lounges and beach towels. Don't expect powdery sand because this part of Florida is not for bare feet - tons of shells. The room was cheery, clean, modern and had outside entrances so your car was quite close to your door. The layout of the rooms is typical 1960's Holiday Inn, but I liked that because it added to the overall laid back atmosphere of the Inn. This hotel only has 98 rooms which meant fewer amenities but for me it was perfect because my main interests were a great room, the beach and the pool. There's a great Jerry's supermarket just minutes away, and it has a restaurant inside the store. [Less]
Beach Getaway

Great location, good value, wonderful access to beach with clean pool and nice deck area. Adequate parking which is always an issue on Sanibel Island [Less]
Great Motel but . .
By fogt4443
We have stayed at this mote for many years. This is a nice place to stay and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. My only complaint is the Tiki bars choice of food and the beer prices way to high [More] even on happy hour. They also tack on 18% gratuity on the beer so be careful before you tip them any additional. [Less]
