As you know, my review was very positive and I only wanted to offer one improvement. The shuttle service which was really appealing to get to and from Johns Hopkins facility, I found to be very [More] lacking. This is a selling point for your facility for Hopkins' patients. I would suggest have a shuttle service with a " pre-determined schedule' or patients having an opportunity to schedule the shuttle as a complimentary service. This would greatly increase patronage. Great Hotel in a Convenient Loation

This hotel is very well staffed. It is clean and well appointed. The last update was about 9 years ago, so it is beginning to show signs of wear, but the overall feeling of the hotel is very [More] inviting. The rooms are ample with a very comfortable desk chair and one for relaxing with an ottoman. My only recommendation is that the bathroom is only big enough for one person at time. This can make getting ready for the day challenging if rushed. [Less]

Nice room and bathroom

The room was perfect and quiet. It include a mini kitchen with a fridge, small stove, sink, microwave, tableware, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Big bathroom, super clean. The only cons the hotel [More] doesn't have breakfast, but it have a small store with good prices, and the Wifi connection was very slow. [Less]

The hotel was wonderful. the staff was always smiling and helpful. We took advantage of the free shuttle service and the drivers were always very nice. The room was nice. There was a dirty spoon left [More] in the sink from the prev guest so that was weird and our TV did not work at first but they sent the maintenance guy up right away and switched out some cables and it worked from then on. I will have to say the bed mattress was a bit hard, but not much you can do about that. We would stay here again if we ever go back to the area. [Less]
