Nice hote; great area and reasonable inexpensive. Love the evening social and free laundry.
Usually stay here for business, as the business gets a special rate. Close to lots of amenities and shops.[Less]

Overall positive experience. However, it is being rennovated and we were not given this information beforehand. Some construction dust issues, but the noise was not a problem[Less]
Another Nice Stay
We stay at this hotel when we go to an event at the DPAC. This is our third stay here and we enjoyed it this time. The hotel is doing some renovations so the lobby was a little torn up but the staff[More] was excellent as usual and we were put into a newly remodeled room on the fourth floor. The room was very clean and comfortable. Internet worked well. We didn't eat breakfast here on this trip but did drop by for coffee and the selection looked good. Would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Durham area.[Less]
Very Friendly Staff
The shuttle service is excellent. The staff is very friendly. There was some work being done early in the morning that made some noise, otherwise my stay there was very pleasant.[Less]
Great Service, Very Clean

Staff is excellent
The staff is fantastic. And the room was clean. Good hotel.[Less]
The manager and her staff were more like family members than the usual hotel staff you sometimes run into. The location was the best suited for the reason for my stay; and how lucky was I to stay[More] here. After the first day/night I was greeted by name (as was my family) and just felt like someone special. This may sound corny but I was sad to say goodbye to them.
I don't normally do survey's but I felt compelled to do so in this instance.[Less]
