Room had an awful smell in it. I had to spray perfume to tolerate staying. There were socks left underneath the comforter. [Less]
Very Pleased
By Jamiecarl
Very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We were in town for a Doctor Apt. The staff was very professional and friendly. The lobby area was very nice and clean, the restaurant was closed during [More] our stay but appeared nice. The rooms were very nice and clean and the temp was awesome when we first arrived!...not the usual hot and stuffy room! The only draw back was the hallways and the elevator floors were dirty, needed to be vacuumed and mopped. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will be back! [Less]

Great hotel
By Rowlett Traveler
We arrived at 2 AM after driving for many hours from Arizona. We had our room ready and being tired was able to fall asleep right away! Only issue was pillows too thick for me but not a deal breaker [More] as long as the bed was comfortable and the air was cold! No one bothered us in the morning and able to check out on time. I got up for breakfast but wife did not. She missed a great breakfast! [Less]
Great Service
By drp2
Lady at the front desk had problems unlocking the pool door so she had multiple ladies from the housekeeping crew help her out and they were able to get it open. Made for some happy kids! Glad she [More] didn't give up! [Less]
Quail Spings staybridge

Very nice hotel have stayed several times and will be returning the end of this month. Very strong/bad odor in the room other than that it was a perfect stay [Less]
Comfortable, clean, and friendly extended stay
By uzdbutrunz
This is probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The entire property, inside and out, was continuously spotless; my compliments to the crew. The front desk staff are friendly and [More] accommodating. Many hotel guests are having extended stays, so we saw familiar faces at social hour, breakfast and outdoor common areas; pleasant conversations could be held, or not, whatever we chose. My pet was allowed, and waste bags were provided. The food was hot, and there was a wide, varied selection; it met our needs during a difficult time for our family. [Less]
Arguably The Best Hotel In OKC
By tvs587b
Having just spent the last two months receiving cancer treatments in Oklahoma City and residing the entire time at Quail Springs Staybridge I can unequivocally say this is best place one stay. From [More] the front desk to the kitchen and the maid service staff, *EVERYONE* is so friendly, welcoming, and gracious to you every day and every hour of the day. Truly, I can not heap enough praise and gratitude upon the people running and managing this hotel. And it's really not even accurate to refer to this place as a "hotel", as it would be more fitting calling it a temporary home, since the place is so homey and it's staff so welcoming and friendly. Then there's the social dinners, provided for all the residents Monday-Wednesday (with beer!) every week. Awesome! Who could complain about being taken care of so well *AND!* so inexpensively. It's for all these reasons and MORE that this is arguably the best hotel In Oklahoma City. [Less]
