Very clean and good location

Great place to stay for a visit to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge! The room was way above my expectations! Very clean, comfortable and great layout. I took my 13 year old grandson and a friend of his so the [More] layout was great for a little added privacy. I felt very safe at this location. My husband was unable to be with us on this trip, so I was a little apprehensive to be the only adult. I felt very safe at this location and would highly recommend a stay here. Great location because you can easily avoid the sometimes congested traffic on the main drag. We were there the weekend of the Spring Rod Run so it was especially nice to be able to avoid all the traffic! [Less]
Best Hotel Ever

Divided room style was great for sharing a room with family. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Sat outside by the fire pit and watched the lights come on around the city and through the mountains. [More] Breakfast area was roomy with a good selection. Best hotel ever! [Less]

Low Key in Lenoir City
By Gnashgal
While the front desk staff was friendly, the house keeping staff was a bit lack luster. The front desk staff made up for it. There is absolutely no information about local area attractions in the [More] information file rack. Everything recommended was well over an hour away. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommending great places to eat and things to do in spare time. I was here on business so there wasn't much free time. The Mexican Restaurant literally across the drive was was decent and the staff was super friendly and entertaining. The woman who made breakfast worked her tail off and never missed a beat even while greeting the guests and remembering their names each morning--impressive. She truly loved her job and embraced it. I enjoyed watching her work the room each morning. I think I had a pea under my mattress as most Holiday Inns, I never want to get out of bed...however this particular room was a bit lacking. It may have been my work stress overriding it so I will turn the other cheek. The lobby was decorated very creatively for the holidays. I have a client that is under 10 miles from this hotel so I am looking forward to staying again. I would recommend Kuerig machines so we can bring our own coffee. The internet connection worked the first night but not the next few days. We were advised of this as we went in. It was a server issue and no fault of the hotel. I appreciated the notification. The indoor pool was fabulous and I definitely enjoyed having it to myself. With lack of information on area attractions, you do have to rely heavily on the front desk staff. [Less]
