The hotel was for the most part everything you expect from Holiday Inn. The only thing that confused and disappointed me was we paid for a suite and the room was nothing but elongated with a couch.[More] One TV and you could not watch it from the couch. For the price one would expect something resembling a suite.[Less]
Very nice hotel for business outings
This hotel is very nice for and clean. The suite arrangement is nicely done while having a kitchen is a plus. If we stayed in the Round Rock area for leisure, we would stay at this hotel and use the[More] pet friendly feature they offer. The complementary dinner and breakfast are top notch along with free beer and wine. I recommend this hotel when staying near Austin Texas.[Less]

Very nice. I happened to fall ill on my trip and needed to extend my stay one day. If I couldn't be at home in my own bed ,this was the next best thing[Less]
When I was there there was some construction going on. It was still quite nice, the workers were very polite and the sound is bareable.[Less]
Great service & comfortable bed
What a great start to my business trip! I walked into the Holiday inn and was greeted by Jon and his enthusiasm for his company was fabulous. He was knowledgable and treated me like I was the only[More] guest he had to take care of. Great personality!! I never sign up for hotel programs but Jon made it simple and enticing. I am sure I will be using it. Every time I saw him he had a smile on his face and greeted me by name. Jon should be used to train employees on how to in crease business. I will be coming back to Georgetown frequently and I hope Jon is still there. By the way, I am a sales trainer and included in my course is customer service. He aced it! Nice room & the pillows were great. I meant to find out the pillow brand. What a beautiful downtown square! A must to see![Less]
