You should train and emphasize and reward your personnel for professional handling and efficiency not for friendliness. Most of your Holiday Inn reception
people are professional, some are not trained to be.
When you are checking in after a long trip, one prefers courteous efficiency, not a chatty clerk.
Your receptions manager at this Holiday Inn was very professional. I rate that very highly, as I have worked in the he tourism business.
This hotel and a few other Holiday Inns are changing their lights to those awful white lights, they are too bright, and hurt the eyes. The lights are awful.
Your beds are ok, I just don't sleep well.
