Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Management I had my crew stay at this place for two months, four rooms. This place is absolutely the very worst I have experienced from an IHG property. It's like a 3rd world hotel. The facility management is terrible, the Wi-Fi doesn't work correctly, had to make them clean the rooms, the billing is all screwed up. Won't ever stay at this place again. January 7, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Dirty Hot Smokey I was told that the rooms would only be cleaned once a week, which explains why my room was dirty when I checked in. The weather was in the thirties outside. I could not get the room below 78 degrees. The room next to us was smoking and our room smelt like cigerates. I wanted to check out and go somewhere else. I was told my room was paid in advance and the money could not be refunded. After I complained I was told clean towels would be brought to my room. After waiting an hour, I went to the front desk to get clean towels. Poor service December 31, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not a place if you want comfort and service From check in to check out we had problems. They had my room reservation wrong and it took half an hour to get the king room I had reserved. My husband is too tall to sleep on a queen bed. The bed was hard as a rock, the hotel was full of loud guests. It seemed to be the place for all sorts of construction workers and truck drivers to stay. They were loud from before dawn till after midnight. Calling the desk to complain, got the response of "people can't walk around on tip toes and whisper". No breakfast of any type. You even had to pay for coffee ! Upon check out my room that was paid for with reward points had been charged $57 for tax. I was told this was not covered by reward points. After talking to 3 people, raising a stink, and calling the 800 number to tell them I should not be charged tax, they finally reversed the charges. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL if you want a quiet, comfortable stay, with a knowledgable staff November 28, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room and Friendly Staff with Great Service The hotel was centrally located to shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed and with a full sized fridge. The hotel did a good job of having everything on hand that was promised. Shannon the hotel manager was professional and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a clean and modern place to stay. Thank you Candelwood! October 28, 2013
