Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stay Somwhere else This has to be one of my worst stays at any hotel. The air conditiner in the room would either run or stay off. Front desk told me that was the way it had to be. The toilet rtan the whole night long as it was leaking. My room was next to an exit door which slammed the whole night long. When I told the front desk personell of the problems on my check out their repsonse was "Oh Well". From personell to quality this was a terrible hotel. To know your hotel management thinks this is acceptable leaves a bitter taste for staying at IHG hotesls in the future. October 27, 2014

We stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels in Nashville and although the Candlewood Suite did not compare to these hotels, the Candlewood hotel is well maintained very clean including furnishings, the grounds and most important, the entire staff is pleasant and quite helpful.
