Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Candlewood suites- amenities and service I used points for a 1 night stay at the Candlewood Suites in Albuquerque while on my way to N.NM. Great choice-got a chance to see how Candlewood outfits suites with basic cookware and utensils. The room layout is comfortable as well, bathroom very much up to par. The staff was helpful (everyone in New Mexico seemed helpful). Based on this short stay I will consider Candlewood for other locations that I visit. November 7, 2014

I was there on business and had utilized this property during non balloon festival trips and really liked this property. Something told me to call and check on my special needs room reservation the morning of my arrival. A very kind woman answered the phone, lestened to my question, politely explained my original request had been changed to a regular room. The property was sold out. She asked for my cell # and said she would make a few calls, see what she could do, and call me back. Much to my surprise she called back within 30 minutes and told me everything was fixed for me! The lady turned out to be the GM of the property. I arrived late and all was well with the world. My stay was perfect, my needs were taken care of. She made me more committed to this brand than ever before!! Thank You So Much. I will look forward to future stays with this property. November 4, 2014
