I recommend this place to any professional travelers who are staying for a long period of time. And the room price is very affordable. November 29, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Paper Thin Walls The whole design of the hotel is just unfriendly, you can't drive up to the hotel and unload and load your luggage. So if you arrive late at the hotel you have to park far away and carry all your things in from the parking lot no matter where you park. The Luggage carts aren't designed to carry anything on hangers, which i always carry my clothes on hangers, so i save some time on ironing. This hotel doesn't offer breakfast, which is my fault for not catching that while booking the room. The coffee station looks sad with minimal to little choices on creamers, sugars and coffees. The walls are Paper Thin and you can hear your neighbors snore in the next room and it kept me up and lost sleep because of it. My room wasn't cleaned to great. Found stains on my sheets in the morning after i slept on them. A machine was left running in my room running the whole night. i had no clue what it was but i asked for it to be removed in the morning. My toilet was dirty with stains and hair. I was very surprised with this hotel considering this brand has a very good track record with me and my family. we really enjoy IHG Brand Hotels and was very disappointed in this hotel. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cupboard store almost empty. At arrival people were not very friendly, all was done in a rush, like here is your key I need to continue something else now. No welcome or thanks for being a platinum member, no extra points for that. Cupboard store was not filled. Next morning the coffee machine was broken, but nobody took care of it. The room was clean, and I slept well, so that made it make me feel a little better. November 8, 2014
