I am an IHG platinum elite member, but this is the first opportunity I had to stay at a Candlewood Suites hotel and I was extremely pleased with all aspects. The hotel staff was very warm and friendly, the hotel itself was in excellent shape structurally, very clean, in a safe area, and very quiet. The rooms were comforting and the bed was very comfortable and allowed us to get a good night's sleep. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites. October 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable nights sleep! I travel over 225 days a year for business. First off this hotel was very clean outside, and inside the front lobby. Bed was comfortable, but I found the room cluttered and dirty looking. Carpet also looked like it was worn and dirty. Overall I had a goods night sleep so that is what counts the most. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Reasonably Priced This was a safe, clean place to lay our heads for a night as we visited UB. The rooms were clean. Our only issue was that we had trouble getting the room temperature where we wanted it and kept setting it for a little hotter then cooler. It was touchy and a couple degrees seemed to make a big difference. If we had stayed for more than one night I'm sure we would have got it correct on our end. This was our 1st stay at a Candlewood Suites and we were impressed. If we were staying for a longer time we might have gone with a hotel with a pool that cost a little more but for our short visit, not having a pool was fine. October 21, 2014
