    This place made me want to live there, I have been to the Apex location six or seven times, and stayed in five or six different rooms all of which were equally nice.

    staff not friendly, didnt smile did not make me feel welcome unlike my stays at the holdayinn or there other properties and i have noticed this at the other candlewood suites i have stayed at but other than that everything was fine,.... the most polite and friendly were the houekeepers....

    Extremely bad customer service

    If you want to be waken up by a fire alarm and not get any explanations or excuses. Get pressured up to check-out because the cleaning lady does not want to wait after your late check out. Have to remember to stop at the from desk to ask for your receipt. Be forced to explain yourself why you need a clean and not sticky ironer and justify that it was not you who made it like that.
    Well... this is the perfect hotel for that!

    Great service with a Great Staff.
    Our company uses Candlewood Suites when
    ever it is available always great service and rooms you can count on being pretty much the same wherever you are. it is just nice knowing somethings are the same no matter where we end up.
