Company always puts us at this location when in town, but this time I was really disappointed that I observed trash/garbage left outside the trash recepticles in the hallways was still there the next morning. This was not a one time observation. Guess the overnight person is too busy with other things.

Really nice room with lots packed in! The fridge was a bit loud but that was easily overlooked. King bed would have been nice, but again, overlooked! Overall - great value for what we got!!!

Was in Cary, NC on a business trip for Lord Corporation but stayed in Apex. Great downtown restaurants, shopping and even a winery. Will return to this this little gem!

We picked this hotel for its location and suite options as we brought a group of athletes to reconnoiter a triathlon race course event in the area in June 2103.
The hotel is new, so everything is in perfect shape, the rooms were spacious, clean and relaxing. The beds and linens very comfoortable. The amenities are exceptional, free wi-fi, free laundry, free gas grill under a gazebo, unlimited tea and coffee in the reception area.
Cherry and Henry and their staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly and went over the top to accommodate us all together on the same floor, and meet all off our needs.
I have nothing but praise for this hotel, will certainly recommend to everyone and we will be returning in June for the race and again next year.

I have stayed at this particular Candlewood suites a few times and the service is always great. Usually, I have my kids with me and the room was more than sufficient for all of us. A roll away bed was provided at no charge, which is always a plus. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We find that the staff are more helpful than some of the more expensive hotels.

I have stayed at this Candlewood 4-5 times in the last month or so and I am a Priority Rewards member.
While the rooms are very nice and comfortable, I find it of great concern that even when I have paid for my room in cash upon check-in and requested my card not be authorized for the room rate (and this is agreed to by management), my card is STILL authorized. This creates quite a headache for me. Even after I follow management's instructions and make tons of special notes in my onlilne reservation, and there are apparently notes in their system in my "account profile" (or whatever it's called) , the inept front desk clerk on duty (the same one who has FAILED to provide me with receipts and claims to be "so busy" to explain why he appears to be such a scatterbrain) "confirms" my card will not be authorized, MY CARD IS STILL AUTHORIZED. When I stayed at the Candlewood in Jacksonville, NC, this was NEVER AN ISSUE.
I recently stayed at a Hilton brand hotel in Cary, NC. I paid for my suite in CASH upon check-in, and even though my card was on file to reserve the suite, my card was NOT charged.
With that being said, the hotel is the nicest in Apex, NC but, customer service (mainly following basic instructions) leaves much to be desired. While the necessary steps were done to correct the error (with the biggest headache being during Christmas week), if the errors had never happened............
