    Beautiful Room at a Good Rate!

    Our experience at Candlewood Suites was pretty good. It's in a pretty good location and close to popular attractions. When we first arrived, we were greeted by an older woman who was so helpful and very cheerful. She made us feel right at home!! The room was newly renovated and the cabinets had pots and pans just as if you were at home. We were very happy about the TV, the desks, the refrigerator, and just the overall cleanliness to the room. The DOWNFALL to the room was, THE BED!! We had our 18mo old sleeping in a pack and play and literally anytime you would just move a muscle in the bed it would CREEK and SQUEEL. I had the worst night of sleeping at a hotel here just because of the bed. Anytime my wife would move around, I would wake up and so did our daughter. I was up from about 12am-2am and I honestly got up to try and sleep in the leather chair next to the bed because i thought that would have been more comfortable than the bed. It just kind of got to me that they have this beautiful room, and a terrible bed that should have been replaced.. We could also hear the persons bed above our room squeaking haha we honestly thought it was thunder but, then we had figured out it was just their bed hahaha. But, besides that, the rooms here are great!

    Not a good experience

    We had 5 rooms and 3 of the 5 were not priced correctly. We were charged a higher rate.
    There was a water leak and the lower lovel was a mess. Blowers and cords all in hallway. Laundry and the store was closed so no way of getting snacks. No apologies, no reward points no nothing. I had to call on Monday to get billing lined out and I have been on hold for 27 minutes after telling them we had a horrible experience then said they would reward us with 2,000 points...
    I have stayed in the past and was good but will not do it again.....
