Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff and very Accommodating Hotel was nice staff was great shower was bad. Registration experience was terrible. Almost booked at another hotel. The registration staff was good but your system lost my 4 room reservation and I had to re book as I was driving to the hotel. I confirmed my reservation on four different occasions. All four times I asked for an email confirmation and to this date I did not receive a one. Very poor follow up with your system. Need to kick corporate management in the behind and get it fixed. The hotels need the support. We plan on returning to the same location but would prefer to talk to the hotel directly to avoid problems. October 2, 2014

The place is located in a beautiful setting, next to a pond. Enjoyed our daily walk around the pond. The place was quiet and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff Everyone at the Candlewood Suites wanted to help us have a great stay. The staff found us a room on the first floor after the elevator had broken and would take a day to fix. We had been on the third floor. I have heart problems and my wife cannot do stairs very well. The Maintenance man came to our room and carried most of our luggage for us. Every staff member could not have been nicer. August 27, 2014
