Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent gym, horrible pillows. The gym had free weights, Bowflex-type machines, and cardio equipment; that was the reason I booked here, and I was not disappointed. There is a Winn-Dixie supermarket a block away, which is very handy. However, the pillows were GIGANTIC and gave me a crick in my neck when I tried to use one. The staff didn't have any other sizes of pillow, so it was either no pillow or improvise a towel-pillow. I chose the latter and had a difficult time getting to sleep. November 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Nice and clean hotel, easy to get to downtown New Orleans since it was all highway there. The entrance was a bit shifty, our 3rd day there was a 3 car wreck yards from the driveway to the hotel. Grocery store within short walking distance, their prices are abnormally high tho. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and Friendly Staff Upon checking into the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly front desk member. We were checked in quickly and given a general overview of the lobby, business station and the cupboard areas. The gentlemen at the front desk asked if we were going to be traveling in the area and asked if we needed help with directions. As we already had them we declined but it was nice of him to offer. I look forward to visiting other Candlewood Suites when I travel for leisure purposes. October 4, 2014
