Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worst service I was very disappointed with the service I recovered. The staff that I spoke with was very rude and was not Accommodating to my elderly mom,who needed a Handicap RM. She was very rude.I had to put my mom had to put her in the shower. It's was three people in the RM,we received Towels for 2. No one came and cleaned our room.Overall it was a horrible stay for us. I do hope that you retrain some of your staff on excellent Customer Service,it's vital to the business. June 5, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice staff, odd room The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room smelled odd. I requested a nonsmoking room, and it seemed almost as if at one point it had been a smoking room, then converted. Additionally, the room itself was very muggy unless the AC was going. There were noticeable differences both in the air quality and mugginess between the room and hallway. The only reason I didn't request a different room was because I was traveling with an unhappy baby and it was very late when I checked in. The bed was okay - not the worst I've slept in but definitely not the best. Overall, not worth the price. November 5, 2013

Was told by the front desk that they are waiting for a renovation in the cupboard, the coffee pot has been out for at least 3 months and the temporary one cooks the coffee so unless you there when it is finally made it taste old. NEVER has any milk and only one washer. There is a note on one that has been there for probably a year and the other one for three months. I like having the convenience of washing my clothes before coming home on the weekend to leave again for another week . And you could look into some new chairs in the kitchen bar area. If you don't want the desk chairs don't get no more but the yellow from the foam is getting on my clothes when I sit in these chairs. October 15, 2013

The room was comfortable, however the furniture was old and worn down. The location is convenient, and the value is great. You normally get what you pay for, and this hotel is worth every dime. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by managment very poor I have stayed here several times because it was part of IHG's network. I will never do this again.? The second night I stayed here I had a knock at the door when I answered there was a lady was standing there and asked me if I needed any company for the night. My daughter came is from outside and told me there was smoke in the hallway, when I went out there it was obvious someone was smoking .My credit card had been used online duiring my stay here (THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAS HAPPENED HERE). I had to cancel the card because of this, I had no cash my bank was sending me a bew card the next morning so I used one of my IHG reward days to pay for my room. The front desk called me and asked me to come down and pay for my room. I tried to explain to the manager what was goilng on and he told me he would call the police if I did not pay. When the police arrived I tried to give them the conformation number from IHG and I was told to leave anyway! The manager told me if I had a problem I was welcome to call the owner and IHG who made the conformation on the room. This is a dressed up Brothel at best with the worst Managament you will ever see. People being allowed to smoke drugs and lady's of the night. going door to door will not leave a good memoryI talked to the police and even they said the managment seems to cover for employee theft as well as other issues. Candlewood suites owner should be very concerned. Never bring yyour family here! September 8, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Suprisingly disappointed I have stayed at this location numerous times before with excellent reviews and service. However, this trip was sub par to say the least. The bed was broken, fixtures were loose and some didnt work. I was given another room and upon walking into the "new" room the a/c did not work nor did the bathroom light. I elected to stay in the original room because I did not want to inspect every room in the hotel to find a decent one. The staff was polite as usual, however with my dissatisfaction in the room, I doubt I will be staying there again. July 19, 2013

The staff was amazing from front desk staff to the laundry person (Renee) to the housekeeping supervisor(Hope) and her staff and the GM (Mr. Henderson). They were all great, friendliness was abundant. More hotels should take a lesson from these great people.. June 7, 2013

Free laundry is nice but when there is always one washer and dryer out of order, it can take awhile to get through the line to do laundry. For me the beds were too hard and i woke up with a sore back every morning. February 25, 2013
