    Very disappointed that the room was not made up each of the four days I stayed. That there was no soap, no replacement of coffee packet, and no complementary breakfast provided.

You should certainly be notified of what separates us from other hotels at time of booking, and again at check in. We certainly do have more soap and coffee available for you at the front desk, 24 hours per day. We also carry many breakfast items for purchase in our Candlewood Cupboard. When you are back in the area again, please stop by and say hi, I would love to personally buy you breakfast.

    What motel doesn't off some sort of breakfast--this one offers nothing only there well stocked pantry. Try purchasing 12oz of milk for $2, do you think you could afford anything for your family at those prices. You can't pick your size of bed, it's assigned to you when you arrive. Ours was a 1 queen bed that had a nite stand only on one side of the bed, therefore when you sleep on the side without the nite stand you'll be getting up in the dark. Also we measured and the one side of the bed was 12 inches from the wall. Now try getting up in the dark next to a wall 12" from a wall. The room isn't a suite it's a very, very small room with nothing to set a suitcase on but the floor which you then have to walk around. The bathroom is so small the door hits the vanity and the vanity top had something stick all over it so we had to put towels all over the top. Room service there isn't any, they clean the room once a week and if you want clean towels you have to take your used towels to the front desk and exchange for clean ones. Think the price looks good, you might want to consider just some of the things we experienced.

    Hello Snicat, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We accept all reviews good and bad! Our extend stay Hotel, unfortunately, is not able to offer a continental breakfast. In place of that, we offer the Candlewood Cupboard with breakfast items for purchase. We mark all the items we sell at a fair price. You did book your room via booking.com for a "standard" room type because we did not have the same room available for your entire stay. We moved some other reservations around to accommodate you so you wouldn't have to move rooms during your stay. We did this while also approving your request for a first floor room. Because we are an extended stay hotel, we offer weekly housekeeping service. We offer many amenities that other properties cannot (fridge, ice maker, range, dishwasher, micro, complimentary laundry, etc.). Our price is very competitive with our local market. As stated in my email to you a few days ago, we would love the opportunity to have you back again, maybe in a different room type. I request that you contact me directly here at the hotel to discuss when you may be back in the area. We again, appreciate your feedback, and will be sure to share it with all of our employees here to better serve future guests.
