    Upset with room

    I reserved online at the hotel website for a 2 queen bed suite. We checked in to the hotel and got to our room and only had one bed. The manager advised that when you reserve a room it is only a suggestion of what you would like to have and you will only get it based on availability and since I listed two adults they felt 1 bed was sufficient. And she kept advising there was nothing they could do about it. Upon checkout I brought the situation up again and was advised this happens all the time at this hotel and people are angry a lot. The hotel was nice but for this reason I will never stay there again nor would I use any other hotels owned by this same company.

    Tough Situation

    We had a tough experience......first upon checkin we didn't receive the room we requested, so our children slept on the floor the first night....and I was told there were no extra blanket or pillows in the building. I had to ask the person working to go and look and guess what....he found some. The other problem was when we were given a different room the next evening, it had been cleaned a hurry quite possibly because there was a pair of socks left behind and 2 lightbulbs that didn't work, but our children had a bed to sleep in and not a hard dirty floor.
