Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by IU Parent Weekend Pricey due to IU Parent Weekend but easily accessible location and pleasant hotel. Did not like the first floor wheelchair accessible room as am not disabled but appreciated the newly renovated and freshly-painted decor (yes, you could still smell the paint fumes). Was not there for the room, so it adequately served its purpose and then some. The fridge and microwave came in handy for our tailgating expedition. Would def stay again tho hopefully in a quieter room on higher floor away from ice machine that everyone felt a need to access at 6-7am. November 17, 2014

The kitchenette help save on our meals and it adds the feeling of home! Great beds and bathrooms. The hotel is really new so we loved the new smell and decor. November 3, 2014

There is no free breakfast; however there is a canteen style store if you want something without leaving hotel. Hotel is very close to many great restaurants, and IU campus. October 31, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service Amazing Wonderful clean and new location. Staff was extremely warm and courteous. When first entering the room, we discovered there was no sleeper sofa and were told we did not book the type of suite that would provide the sleeper/sofa. Without hesitation, the staff said "sorry for the misunderstanding, would you like a roll away bed to make up for the inconvenience? Totally unexpected and no charge! We also had an issue with our bathroom door sticking. Staff said we will check that out for you. They did and realized a previous guest had hung a mirror over the bathroom door and must have left it. It was removed immediately and the door was fine after that. We would definitely stay here again! Overall experience was excellent and would highly recommend to any one. October 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by new hotel great stay with computer quirks Upon arrival, we were given a requested upgrade and early check-in. Room given to us was already occupied. Oops! Fixed that within an hour and got another suite. Kitchen is a little small for real cooking and there is no oven, so it is not a full kitchen. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. For a new hotel, there needs to be more upkeep in the rooms. It was a beautiful weekend so we spent most of our time on the patio which hadn't seen a cleaning tool in a while. They accept pets which is great because we visited my son who just acquired a puppy and they made him feel very welcome October 30, 2014

The staff was kind enough to find me another room, but again the second room was not totally clean. The management got me a 3rd room was clean and acceptable. But as frequent business traveler, it should not take 3 rooms to have an acceptable room. The front desk staff and manager were great trying find cleaner rooms. October 29, 2014
