Loved facility, but thought clean towels should be brought to room, rather than dropping off and picking up at main desk on the first floor.
Did not get credit for stay on my Priority Card Account. Send email inquiring about credit for my stay, have not received a reply.
No literature as to other facilities that honor Priority Card.

The staff recognized me as a platinum member. Most hotels also have a free amenity or two. Nothing received at this property. Needs improvement.
Otherwise a comfortable one night stay on my way to Tybee Island and Savannah GA.

The location of the property is very accessible to the interstate. The room was clean and in good condition. It was nice to have a full size frig in the room. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to be able to use the gas grills the hotel has and to be able to use tongs that the front desk has on hand. I would stay at this hotel again on our next visit to the area.

We have been very comfortable staying here while we build our home in the area. We have been here for several months and have been lucky to get the suite with a kingsize bed. More king size bed suites would definitely be better. Everyone has really made us feel "at home" in our temporary home. We are really thankful that we found this convenient, comfortable and "pet friendly" hotel so close to our new home community. Would definetly recommend this hotel. The grills are great!

The location and suite was very clean, furniture and appliances were in great conditions. Our family enjoyed the stay, very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was that you are only provided coffee for one day, then you have to pay for additional coffee. Considering it was a great place to stay we dished out the buck and half for the coffee. Thank you, great stay, would definitely consider returning in the summer.

Our son lives in Bluffton, but there's not enough room. Being able to cook and hang around together was perfect. Enjoyed our stay and plan to be back!

The front desk staff was excellent, we arrived at 5:30 am and the desk clerk allowed us to check in so we could shower and rest before going to Parris Island for the Marine graduation ceremony. They were always very helpful with directions and check in and check out was quick and easy. Thank you for making our stay a good one.

We recently visited during our trip to Parris Island for Marine Graduation. Such a nice hotel with generous room and bathroom sizes. The amenities we awesome (including the new grills that are there to use), and the distance was perfect for the several trips that we made to the Marine base. Many stores close by. They even let us check out a day early with no complications. Thanks for everything, I will highly recommend to all who ask!

It was nicer than any other Candlewood we stayed in, because it was new. The kitchen was very pretty with the granite countertops, but the stove was VERY slow in heating.
Overall, very clean and fresh, but the space was quite crowded in the king studio. It was quiet as well.
The mattress was comfortable, but the heavily textured waffled blanket felt very rough through the sheets, reducing the comfort level of the sleep experience.
Really liked the high vanity in the bathroom. Towels, because they were textured, felt rough....and they smelled like cigarette smoke and were not bleached white. They had a dingy look to them.
I had a mixed bag in terms of staff. The night staff on Nov. 2nd and 3rd were not very courteous or friendly. Perhaps this is their second job and they were worn out. That is the impression that we got. However, the day statt, namely Darlene, was very accomodating and cheerful. She made our stay much more pleasing. If it weren't for her, I would have given the staff a rating of 1.
