Reserved a king bed room in advance, got stuck with two doubles. Stayed three nights and the staff still couldn't get me into the king bed room I originally reserved. I do not plan to stay at the Candlewood Suites in Boise again.

It's a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. It's great value for your dollar. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Enjoyed our stay both times. It's close to the mall ( right across the street).

I have stayed here now 3 times, and each time I expect it to improve, but it doesn't. The rooms are smelly , a musty smell , or like dirty , smelly dogs. Bad breakfast room. Bad room layout, can hardly get around the bed. The desk staff here was very helpful and nice, however. Our traveling mates room was even worse than ours. I love IHG properties , but this is the only one I find unacceptable. No recognition for Priority Club members.

I have stayed at the Candlewood several time over the last few months and have always found the staff to be very helpful and have gone out of their way to make my stay pleasant.
the rooms have always been clean and well taken care of.
Aerial in the evening checking inn and then Wendy in the morning at checkout both excellent to work with and Thanks to both!

The staff was amazing, Wendy, Ariel and the rest of the crew was very helpfull and always smiling and making me feel like i was at home, this is by far the best crew i encounter on a hotel before

Don't believe the floor was vacuumed after the last tenant. this was due to the pillow that normally is on the bed was found on the floor by the TV set. We did report this to the front desk on our leaving.

What a wonderful stay we had in your hotel! The room is spacious and very reasonably priced. We loved being next to the mall so we could enjoy dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. The front desk was very friendly at both check-in and out, and you are pet friendly, with only a ten dollar fee per night. Thanks for providing a great place to stay!
