Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thank you! We are a large Air Force family (7) with a dog, who just arrived from Germany on Dec 9th. We have been without furniture since Nov 15th, and the Air Force base had no space for us, but referred us to your hotel. At first we could only stay for 5 nights (about 7 short of what we needed), but the staff understood our situation, and worked to get us the full 12 nights. It was such a relief to have a transitional "home" where we could cook, do laundry, sleep peaceably, and live before we moved into our permanent house. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service? Exemplary! After my fourth stay at this Candlewood Suites I have come to regard the hotel as my home away from home. From the considerate, unfailingly polite, and exceedingly helpful staff to the comfy bed, I have never enjoyed a hotel stay more! Needing both a dentist and a vet during a previous stay, the staff found me a local dentist whom I love and an animal hospital to take care of my cat. This went above and beyond the customer service that you will find at most hotels and was invaluable to me during my stay. As a former Supervisor I can state with 100% confidence that I have never found more helpful employees ANYWHERE! November 7, 2013

Instead we received a smoking room which had an overpowering smell of smoke. When checking in, I had overheard the woman on the phone telling a potential customer that the hotel was booked so, we stayed in the smoking room for the night. October 16, 2013

I enjoyed my stay here, and I was treated well all the time. Greg (and Greg) and Craig, and everyone are great. The staff make this place so easy to enjoy, because they treat you well. Jennifer is a sweetheart. If you have to stay anywhere for a long time then this is the place. September 10, 2013

The beds were comfy and I enjoyed the free washers and dryers. The prices in the Cupboard were reasonable. The hotel was a convenient place to stay in Trenton. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Getaway Weekend I was visiting friends in the area and found the hotel during my search. I felt like it would fit my needs for a short stay. I was impressed. Check-in was smooth even though there was a military group also staying there that weekend. I just fell in love with the room. Very comfortable bed & very nice bathroom. The desk was perfect. Plenty of room for my laptop, newspaper, & other accessories. Full kitchen area with fridge, stove & microwave was just icing on the cake. The Candlewood Cupboard was a very nice touch.You can buy some convenience items instead of driving miles to a convenience store. A big thanks for that. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area for any length of time. July 30, 2013

Did not find the thermostat till late evening, so it was cold for a while. But enjoyed the rest of the night. July 27, 2013

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the selection in the cupboard (no breakfast meats available#, but with two grocery stores within a very short drive, that's a very minor problem. The rooms were exactly what I'd expect from a Candlewood, and very comfortable. Transitions for the wireless had a long password overlap, allowing guests to get the new password before the old one expired and preventing inability to use the internet #especially for a business traveller like me who needs to constantly send out information). If I was going to be in the area again, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those who were staying more than a day or two and needed the facilities of an extended-stay location. The staff is really wonderful, and truly helps make being on the road so much a more bearable experience! The rooms are always very clean, and the new bedding is very nice. I really needed a place I could stay where I could cook and feel comfortable, and this hotel really fits the bill for me. March 21, 2013

This location is in the top 1% of extended stay type hotels that I have stayed in the last 4-5 years.
