Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel - Great Value My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Candlewood Suites - Braintree. Terrific value combined with a clean, modern suite that left nothing to be desired. Close to transportation routes, amenities and public transportation. Glad we chose Candlewood - staff was always courteous , friendly and genuinely interested in making our stay a comfortable one. We will definitely be back to this hotel and will look for Candlewood hotels on all of our future trips. October 27, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good service, clean rooms. Although my reservation was processed incorrectly, the customer service management team over the phone was able to grant me a free room. I've always liked the Candlewood Suites. The customer service was good and the rooms were decent. My preference would have been a suite, but am extra room was the next best thing. I especially liked the lack of interruptions from housekeeping etc; but when the staff were needed, they were right there and so happy to help. I loved the convenience of my own kitchen, and having the Candlewood Cupboard so handy was great. I didn't sleep well, but that was purely due to jet-lag; I was easily entertained by the great range of TV channels, and when I did sleep, I was very comfortable. October 25, 2014
