As a international traveler having a shuttle service to near by place will be always a great support specially when the hotel location is bit remote. Which was a BIG miss here. Cupboard was another major let down. 2 Positive I noticed was Gym and Heather in the front office was very helpful. November 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place for overnite in Boston I have used this hotel for both business and leisure. Very good value for the Boston area. Best things: (1) Fairly close to the MBTA into downtown Boston, (2) Fairly large room with plenty of working space and a kitchenette for home cooking. (3) Friendly staff. Things to improve: (1) Must take cab to and from the MBTA. (2) Not within walking distance of eating places. (3) No hmtl connection (that I could find) for video games, etc. November 17, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by good facility but incorrect payment from reservation and no response I stayed 5 nights at Candlewood suite in early October. The facility was good to stay and reasonable rate for the facility. The staff was kind and helpful to get the required services. So, I think the stay itself was good for the rate. But I was asked to pay more amount than I got it from the confirmed reservation. I realized that the amount was different from my confirmed reservation when I checked out in the early morning and I should depart there to get my early morning flight. I payed the amount that was asked and I got the name card of the general manager of the facility from the lady at the front desk as a contact for this issue. I sent e-mails twice about this issue with the scanned copy of the receipt and my confirmed reservation information in October to the general manager, I haven't got any response yet. I think this kind of mistske could be happen, but I cannot understand why I haven't got any appropriate response yet. I hope I will get an appropriate response soon. November 17, 2014

Everything I needed was in the room and it was very comfortable. The location is great and easy to get to November 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Place I stayed here 11/7 through 11/9. Easy check in and friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. There were 2 small issues. There was a drinking glass in the cabinet and when we took it out it had a big chunk missing (it was glass) and the glass was in the bottom of the cup and the other little thing was the hook in the bathroom was broken. This did not effect my experience. The room was roomy and clean. November 15, 2014

I would not stay anywhere else, the rooms a very spacious and the price is low. Wonderful staff that always have a smile on their faces and willing to help you in any way they can. November 14, 2014
