Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by appearance Looks very nice outside and inside, but looks are deceiving. Its a pet friendly facility. Some of the pets allowed in were filthy. Some rules should be enforced about the cleanliness of the pets. They left the hallways obnoxiously unbearable to inhale. Some of the animals made it hard for guest to rest. I encountered what I thought was ticks from the influx of pets in my later stay IN MY ROOM but, they were not ticks, they were bed bugs!! I will not stay in this Candlewood suites again if I can help it. October 15, 2014

Candlewood Suites is my first choice for a comfortable and flexible stay, with rooms and an atmosphere that make it easy to do business work and relax at the same time. The kitchen has just the right touch to make it easy to cook a meal when needed, and the work area is very spacious. Excellent flat screen television and the staff I have encountered at 2 different Candlewood Suites is amazing. I recommend you try this innovative resident style accommodation as an alternative to the pricey hotels in most places…..did I mention location ? Excellent locations, close enough to the action but a bit secluded for safety and privacy. October 7, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant experience. very convenient to the city of boston and the free parking was a perk. having the Beantown Trolly pickup at the hotel was a plus. Our suite was clean and spacious. The cupboard area was not well stocked compared to other places we've stayed. I've seen where other people complained about only one elevator but we really didn't have an issue. Our room was at the end of the hall but it wasn't that bad of a walk and was actually quieter. the staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn't really have any issues except for asking for more pillows and that was handled quickly. October 6, 2014

On-line reservation process is excellent - I had to change the dates of my stay, and the process of cancellation and making a new reservation was very easy. September 24, 2014
