Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very pleasant staff The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The suites are set up nicely. The only major complaint would be our experience with the carpeting. The suite we were in had badly stained carpeting. Also, there is a huge pot hole as you enter the driveway to the hotel that needs to be repaired. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. December 24, 2014

Very disappointed to find no king suites available, the queen felt cramped and small...We struggled to keep a consistent room temp, always having to mess with the thermostat and opening windows with temps outside in the 20s and snowy. You must rent a car if you are staying here as it is a ways to any restaurants or stores. All that said, the hotel was clean, adequately supplied, and the suite itself was spacious...I would recommend staying here and hope to stay here again in the future, now that I am aware of needed specifics for my visits. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by What a Dump Horrible hotel. You walk in the front door and all you can smell is smoke. The desk clerk is behind glass like she is expecting to be robbed. The room was so noisy-the heater and refrigerator were so loud I couldn't sleep and turned them off. Unfortunately, the walls are so paper thin, I could hear the heater and refrigerators in the next rooms and still couldn't sleep! We ended up leaving after 2 nights of a planned 4 night stay. I do not recommend this place to anyone but hearing impaired. One good thing I can say was that the bed was OK but really small for a queen size bed. December 7, 2014

Love the idea of not receiving unnecessary service for an excellent rate - I don't need daily cleaning service. Loved having a cupboard and a kitchenette to be able to cook.The young woman (sorry, forgot her name) who checked us in was super friendly and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend as an excellent cheap stay. December 4, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good service The first problem I encountered was the bed was much to high for me to get into. Settled for sleeping on a cot. The cot was some what comfortable. Unforuatly I have a bad back. The cot didn't help with comfort. The room was clean. However, the rug were fraid and the walls could use a touch up. The staff appon hearing about the bed situation was very concerned and helpful in trying to correct this problem. Since I only stayed for two nights. Things worked out well. December 3, 2014
