Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff at a great business hotel I struggled to find it as, as approaching, the sign is not easy to see (only the "WOOD" part lit and very high up on the bank of a stretch of unlit road. Also, the acccess is not easy to find and I think I drove through others' properties to get to it. But, when you get there, the staff were absolutely excellent. One of the warmest and most professional welcomes I have received and I sopend between 1/3 and 1/2 of the nights in a hotel!! Great job guys and gals!!! November 18, 2012

During a recent stay with my daughter at your Burlington property I have to say that the employee I saw on the desk most times I went past the desk, Dawn, was fantastic. No matter what we needed - printing out a competition number, finding a restaurant, finding a Fed Ex Kinko's, finding a drug store, finding a grocery store - she always had the answer. Her attention to us made our stay much better than it would have been without her. Give her a raise! November 6, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pet policy should say animals allowed in any suite. My wife and I are highly allergic to pet dander, nicotine, and feather bedding. When reserving we were not aware that pets were allowed in any and all suites. Most pet friendly hotels allow pets on only the first floor or a specified area. I asked at the front desk why a guest was entering the elevator with a large dog. I was told by the front desk personnel that animals were allowed in any suite and that the hotel does a special cleaning after the animal leaves. Pet dander is very difficult to remove from carpets, upholstery, and bedding. As people who are highly allergic to pet dander, my wife and I were very unhappy that your facility allows animals in all suites. Your website should state that so that potential guests would be able to choose to stay in that environment or not. Your suites are very comfortable and other than the pet issue we have no complaint. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Same old same old.....excellence Yeah,yeah, yeah (yawn), I'm that same guy who stays at this hotel once a year (grin). and has done so just about every year in the 21st century. Just reporting in to say that the 2012 experience was as superb as the 2011 experience and also he 2010, 2009, etc. Those are all real visits. The Candlewood has maintained its high quality of stay and service all these years. The hotel is located on a hill ABOVE the din and roar of local traffic, so it is quieter than your average racetrack environment. The Burlington Mall, finest shopping north of Boston, is a five-minute drive away. So is the Lahey Clinic Medical Center, premier healthcare center in the world. The hotel is also about a 10-minute drive from Interstate 95 (also known locally as Route 128), so you've got "location" (repeat that word five times). October 13, 2012
