A colleague and I stayed here during a conference in town. The suite with two bedrooms was very nice and offered privacy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets had a fresh, clean smell.
It was very quiet here with no street noise, and easy access to the highway.

I recently had two stays at Candlewood Suites, Burlington. One for six days and the other for two. I was very pleasantly surprised by both. The room was very comfortable and the staff is accommodating. My husband and I would definitely stay there agin.

My husband and I recently spent three nights here as part of our vacation in New England. We wanted to do two days in Boston and one in Concord, Mass. This was the most economical place to stay in the area. Was very convenient for Concord (about 10 minutes drive). Not so much for Boston (15 minutes to subway stop and then another 1/2 hour into city). Still, we got the chance to talk about our plans for the day on the way and our experience on the way home. Of course for less than 1/2 the price of a hotel in the city, it was worth the travel time. It was nice having the kitchen area; we didn't have to rush off to breakfast, but had coffee and cereal in our room. No complaints about the service, the room or the cleanliness.

The refrigerator was very noisy and would turn off and on frequently during the night. The occupant in the room above us made so much noise when he walked. The ceiling insulation to filter out noise was not good.

This was my first time staying at Candlewood Suites and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The bed was quite comfortable and the room/bathroom pleasantly furnished and extremely quiet. But the thing I liked best was how friendly, courteous and helpful the staff was, particularly at the front desk. I especially appreciate that when I needed to check out one day early they graciously allowed me to do so and gave me a refund with no hassle. I definitely will return next time I'm in the area.

I was impressed with the hotel and would stay again.
The room had everything necessary for a fine, comfortable stay. I did not use the gym etc but it looked good.
I had a late breakfast and there was not much choice left in the 'cupboard' but that was probably my own fault.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We loved staying here! We had never stayed at a Candlewood before and were very surprised at the room. In fact we stayed an extra night due to the comfort. We had been traveling for a couple of weeks and needed some down time to regroup. And Candlewood gave us that.
Used the free laundry facilities and loved it! Thank you.
Our only compliant and it is not just Candlewood but all the places that we have stayed in the past month - PLEASE clean the carpets more often!!!!! The bottom of my slippers were black from walking on the carpets!!!! Also please somehow clean the interior of the coffee machines in the room, they are full of some kind of gunk in the tubing and it comes out in the water! It takes at least 5 if not 10 water flushes to clear most out.

Great value and excellent service, super clean suites. Only a stone's throw away from Boston. The suite had everything I needed and then some. The popcorn ready to go in the microwave was a nice surprise. All the utensils you can think of, and clean at that! The place was so nicely appointed that I didn't want to leave the room to go sightseeing!

Very well suited to a stay of more than a couple nights. Large room with a simply, but adequately equipped kitchen and - most important to me with a lot of work to do in the evenings - a good-sized desk area with a comfortable chair. Add a nice recliner - much better than either the bed or the chair for reading or TV - and it's close to my ideal hotel room. Only one negative: I would have liked to get a simple cereal-and-milk breakfast every morning, similar to what I like at home, but the "Cupboard" ran out of cereal on my second morning and was never restocked the rest of the week. But I'd stay there again, no question about it.

The facility is acceptable but does't offer the cfort level of other IHG properties. I believe this is typical of this brand but it doesn't fit my travel needs.

I had a great three night stay and will definitely stay there again the next time I am in the Greater Boston Area. The rates are more than reasonable and the service was more than expected for the low rates. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

We stayed here previously and liked it. Problem this time is we where in a smoking room and it reeked in there. Apparently there were not any rooms left to switch to non-smoking. I do not recall that I was asked about smoking when I registered online. I did not realize that there still were smoking rooms out there.
The only elevator in the building was broken for almost 24 hours and we were on the 4th floor.
Apart from that, it is good value in the Boston area if you don't mind being a ways out of town.

Good location, although GPS systems will not find it easily. This is NOT the hotel's fault.
Rooms were very comfortable. Staff seemed overwhelmed when we arrived, and we had booked 2 rooms, although we were placed on separate floors. That seemed odd to us.

Apart from the fact that the shower in my room did not work (had a broken faucet) which forced me to move to another room after the first night, everything else was satisfactory. The move was a pain though, because we had to do it at 11:00 when we returned, and on the first day, we had to shower in another room...

I will never stay here again. The entire location smelled of smoke.
I bought my own air freshener but it didn't help.
Stop marketing this location as smoke free.

I've been frequenting this hotel for several years.
My room on the first floor smelled musty, and the candlewood cupboard wasn't adequately stocked. I hope the management will improve this property.
On a positive note, the staff was excellent, and this hotel is well situated close to good restaurants, and relatively close to Boston.
I will continue to frequent this hotel.

We stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Burlington for 4 nights to attend a wedding. After hours of research on-line of just about every motel option in Greater Boston, we decided to go with the Candlewood Suites. We were very happy about our choice. The room was exceptionally clean. We had a small kitchenette which helped defray the cost of our trip by reducing the need to eat every meal at a restaurant. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Please keep in mind that this is an extended stay facility, therefore you don't get daily maid service. You can exchange your towels at the front desk very easily. Other than that, great motel with added benefit of small stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. Very affordable when traveling on tight budget.

We have stayed at this hotel before and again it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and clean and well equipped with coffee, dishes, pans, etc, beds were really comfortable, internet access was great and the price was right, And Hector at the front desk was so helpful and friendly, he went above and beyond to meet your needs . We would not hesitate to stay here again. It really is a great place to stay. And should you need something there is a mall as well as other stores nearby.

The hotel location is very convenient to Lahey Clinic and the main highways. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

This Hotel is very clean, very modern, and the staff is fantastic!. I travel to the Boston area for business regularly and this is my go to place whenever I am in the area. I even stay here when i have business in Southern New Hampshire because it is less then an hour away.

I stay here on a near-weekly basis due to frequent travels, and I have to say that this is one of the best managed ICH properties that I have been to. You get great service no matter what time of day. I want to especially thank Norinth and Libessa - the night crew - for a super job the past couple of stays. And the day shift folks are and always have been super...you get a smiling face checking in and checking out. I would recommend this property as a matter of convenience, as it is on a main road that has many restaurants and shopping. Staff makes you feel at home - I have never had a bad experience. Also nice that they recognize you as a Priority Club member...usually get a gift bag upon check-in or an upgrade if available. Keep up the great work!!

Been here numerous times due to super affordability and location to Burlington Mall. The staff, except for one, are super friendly and always greeting me w/a big smile and always asking if I need anything.
Perhaps the blonde woman should take some lessons on Common Courtesy and Professionalism!

The staff is fully knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The rooms are fresh and the bedding is excellent. An excellent jump off spot for the 128 corridor North of Boston and near the Burlington Mall.

I stayed at Candlewood Suites from October 22-28, 2012. On arrival and entering the room I was happy to see that it matched the picture I saw online. It was very clean and in order. The bed was very comfortable. This fit my criteria for a place that is reasonable and the location worked well for me. If it wasn't for seeing on the hotel's website the driving directions (which is different from the hotel's main address) I think I would've been confused on how to get to the front door. As my stay wasn't that long I didn't get to use the gym or laundry facility on premise but was glad to see both there.

I struggled to find it as, as approaching, the sign is not easy to see (only the "WOOD" part lit and very high up on the bank of a stretch of unlit road. Also, the acccess is not easy to find and I think I drove through others' properties to get to it. But, when you get there, the staff were absolutely excellent. One of the warmest and most professional welcomes I have received and I sopend between 1/3 and 1/2 of the nights in a hotel!! Great job guys and gals!!!

During a recent stay with my daughter at your Burlington property I have to say that the employee I saw on the desk most times I went past the desk, Dawn, was fantastic. No matter what we needed - printing out a competition number, finding a restaurant, finding a Fed Ex Kinko's, finding a drug store, finding a grocery store - she always had the answer. Her attention to us made our stay much better than it would have been without her. Give her a raise!
