Enjoyed the stay and the staff was very friendly. However, when I left, I forgot some items including an electric razor. Now, it's just gone?

I have stayed at other hotels in this area, and Candlewood Suites has by far, the best value for your dollar! We will most definitely visit this location again.

Un lugar limpio y suficiente para pasar unos dias sin que necesites servicio diario a la habitacion. Bien situado al norte de Ciudad de Austin., cerca de las presas. Muy amable una Señorita de la manana en recepcion.

Our stay was very positive in great part due to the care of the staff. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the roll-away cot, which was very uncomfortable. The suite met our needs for a kitchen nicely and we appreciated the chance to stay so close to where we needed to go. The outdoor series of malls across the street were a lovely bonus with Mardel, Target, a grocery and more a walk or very short drive away. We walked and enjoyed the ability to do so!

Arrived to empty registration desk but once the guest services representative arrived, we were quickly registered and given our room keys. Throughout our stay, we were greeted warmly and asked how our day had been.

Called about problems with a/c and maintenance was blaming me saying that I had adjusted the thermostat too low. I had not adjusted the thermostat since arriving in the room. Maintenance returned the next morning and knocked on the door even though the do not disturb sign was out. Temperature in the room never changed during 2 day stay. It even felt muggy in the room at times. Only received apology and no adjustment to bill or credit on rewards account.

The AC temp was a little hard to regulate. Had the temp set for 77-comfortable - little ward then go to 76-too cold, couldn't regulate the temp very well, but overall was able to get confortable
