We were on the road traveling and called ahead to Candlewood in Clarksville, TN to see if they had availability for us and our pet. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly! They had our room ready with instructions for a pet stay and recommendations on restaurants in the area.
This will be a regular stopping spot for us in the future!

I stayed at the Candlewood in Clarksville, TN for two weeks and had a very comfortable stay. We were treated every Wednesday by the manager “Ms. Christen” with a Manager's Special treat, one week it was tacos and the next was pull pork. Everyone in the staff made me feel at home and took good care of me. Thanks again Christen and staff! Keep up the good work and see you soon. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

In all my years of business and leisure travels I have never experienced such exceptional service from the hotel staff like I did when I was at the Candlewood in Clarksville, TN! Christen, the General Manager, is wonderful at her job and you can tell that it reflects upon her team as well! Everyone from the desk clerks to the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay exceeded my expectations! Bravo to you Christen and to your entire team! You have left a lasting impression on me that I hope will carry on to my next stop! I look forward to visiting your hotel again in the future! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!! Thanks again for everything!!!

I specifically requested a non-smoking room. In fact, I received a call prior to my arrival about my preference. I clearly specified non-smoking. As far as I can tell, I was put in a smoking room (416) despite initializing on the check in form that I would be charged an addl $250 for smoking! When I got off the elevator and proceeded to my room it was very evident that I was on a smoking floor (predominantly). When I got home after 2 days, my luggage and clothes all reeked of smoke. Not very pleasant for someone who doesn't smoke. In the future I would prefer to stay on an entirely non-smoking floor!

The staff is awesome! They are very helpful and accommodating and they are willing to help if you forgot anything. The room was clean and comfortable. They were knowledgeable about the area and were always willing to help you find what your looking for.
