Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I will never stay here again This place had a lot of suspicious activity going on at it. There was a guest that looked at his window the whole time and watched you walk to a from your car. I also noticed people who were not guests of the hotel; being dropped off and heading up to a room for about 10 to 20 minutes, then leaving. I would not have noticed this activity if I had been in my room more, but my A/C unit was so loud I had to go outside to relax. September 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Feels like home, not hotel I have never stayed in a Candlewood Suites before. I enjoyed the full kitchenette immensely. The room was very clean and in good condition. Nothing needed attention. The decor was also pleasant enough. The bed was comfortable and slept very well. If they weren't doing construction on the bridge, it is worth the extra drive from Louisville proper. Still convenient to shopping and restaurants in the immediate area. Staff could definitely use some lessons in hospitality, specifically the night-shift front desk attendants. As long as you don't have a problem and don't need to deal with them other than check-in/check-out, they are fine. September 21, 2014
