    Smelled like cigarettes

    Everywhere you go in this non smoking hotel, it smells like cigarettes and burnt microwaved food. The pool room was very small, hot and uncomfortable for parents watching their children. Carpets were not very clean in our room. The woman at the front desk was nice and helpful. The free laundry machines were very much appreciated. I am sensitive to bad smells, so would not stay here again.

    Price has gotten a little out of control. The whole reason I stay out of Louisville is to keep costs down and now they are getting higher than Louisville hotel prices. I will be looking for alternatives.

    Good Extended stay hotel

    Overall the hotel was great. When I went into my room I sat in the Desk chair. I found it was wet :( When I reported this to the staff she was sorry but had no extra chairs to change it out. The Cupboard was good but you had to pay for standard items that are usually free if you forget them:(

    Overall this was a very nice hotel and I'd definitely stay here again. My only complaint is our room was on the 1st floor immediately across from the BBQ gazebo area. You guys need to have restricted hours there. There was a large group of loud people well past 2 AM on my last night here and I had to get up early to travel home the next morning.

    The hotel was nicely tucked away but close to restaurants and shopping. The pantry has a wide variety and reasonable prices. There is no free breakfast and do not get daily room service but can get what you need at the front desk.

    - No hot water even after 12 hours and notification of staff
    - no staff on duty with the ability to make decisions to make the guests comfortable.

    It was not an enjoyable stay at this hotel.
