    Nice room, with some problems

    Was arriving late due to traveling to see a dying relative in hospital. In the morning there was only decaf coffee..not what I wanted. Found a roach walking across the night stand over my personal effects. Gross.

    Nice place for extended stay

    A very pleasant extended stay in this hotel. Having kitchenette and laundry facility was what we wanted. Nice centralize location to where we need to go during our stay in Tampa area. The staff was very helpful when we experienced some problem with the air conditioning and sink disposal.

    Bad TV and Internet Service

    The experience at this hotel was not what I expected considering staying at other candlewood suites, i.e.; the internet service is too slow, password access changes regularly, ironing board was not stationery, TV picture too dark, had to replace VCR/DVD player 4 times, no instructions on how to use VCR/DVD player, only had room service 1 time during 2 week stay. Need brooms and dust pans put in the rooms for long term stay guest. The stove cooks too slow and you need to keep turning timer. Was not impress with this hotel.
