Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Service staff was excellent. Easy check-in. Very helpful. Stopped here while travelling with my 90 year old father, taking him back to Florida. Had reserved two rooms while at a rest stop in North Carolina, using reward nights. Everything was ready and the staff was extremely helpful upon our arrival. They were also involved in putting up their Christmas decorations, which added to the lobby being busy, yet very warm and friendly. I would recommend this hotel on the staff alone, but everything else was great also. December 7, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly Surprised I drove up from Florida for the military burial ceremony of a relative. I was pleasantly surprised by the caliber of the suite! It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. The staff was very professional and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, even though it was for a sad occasion. Many thanks. November 17, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by IHG Membership There does not seem to be any benefit to being an IHG member! On our first night of this trip in an IHG hotel (Harrisburg PA. I was offered a cookie at check in. At Candle Woods (Ft Jackson) I was offered a day old paper. So much for being a loyal customer. Awful smell on third floor of Candlewood Reservations for two nights at two different IHG hotels were made through the Call Center. I requested first floor room but was not given one November 12, 2014
