    I would stay again

    This was the first time we stayed at a Candlewood property. We arrived too early for check-in, however, the front desk personnel took our number and called to let us know when our room was ready. There was only a 30 minute delay. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space in the suite. The room was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. My only problem was when we returned from being out late that night, 2 trailers were parked in the parking lot. One took up 7 parking spaces, the other 5. We had a difficult time finding a place to park. There is a strip mall across the street. I feel these trailers should have parked across the street to ensure other guests had a place to park. Being that it was so late, I did not register a complaint and we were only there 1 night. I hope they take my comments into consideration. Overall, the property was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

    WOULD PAY MORE FOR A NICER HOTEL

    If your looking for a cheap hotel that is dated and smells like mold then this one if for you. I stayed there on business for 8 nights and must say that I will not be staying there again the next time I am in Columbia. There are better hotels in a nicer area worth paying more for if your looking for a more modern hotel.

    They were awesome. One front desk employee went out to her car and got her personal cooking oil and gave me a cup of it to cook something because I had already been to the store and you did not have any small bottles of cooking oil in your grocery section. I thought this was going above and beyond and she deserves to be recognized for that. I am sorry but I do not know her name. She was a thin black lady, fairly young with long black hair.
