It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. The staff was very professional and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, even though it was for a sad occasion. Many thanks. November 17, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by IHG Membership There does not seem to be any benefit to being an IHG member! On our first night of this trip in an IHG hotel (Harrisburg PA. I was offered a cookie at check in. At Candle Woods (Ft Jackson) I was offered a day old paper. So much for being a loyal customer. Awful smell on third floor of Candlewood Reservations for two nights at two different IHG hotels were made through the Call Center. I requested first floor room but was not given one November 12, 2014
