I have stayed at 2 Candlewoods Both could give lessons to other Hotel How to treat there customers

This is the first time we've stayed at a Candlewood Suites facility. We were surprised to find a full kitchen instead of just a mini-fridge and microwave. Although breakfast was not complementary, the "Cupboard" offered reasonably priced fare for us to prepare in our room and we saved enough on the room to offset the cost of a "free breakfast" offered by other hotels. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. I think this hotel is better suited to someone spending several days, which would allow the visitor to make the most of the kitchen to prepare meals and save on dining costs. The staff was cordial and was even able to come up with a corkscrew we needed. That being said, the corkscrew was from Candlewood and broke in the attempt to open the wine bottle - thank goodness for my leatherman.

Very accommodating, reasonably priced, rooms were ample and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful..

The place is clean and pretty nice. The suite is alright. Kitchen is nice. Our suite had some attention to detail issues. The fan and the bathroom was visibly hanging down from the ceiling and the bathroom needs some grout work. The beds are soft and feel like costs were cut in mattress quality. The bathroom is stocked with cheap single ply paper. We had a light bulb burn out in the bedroom, we stopped by the front desk and requested that is get replaced, we got told it would be taken care of and it did not. We are not unhappy with our stay but definitely felt it could have been better. The previous reviews maybe raised our expectations but we feel the stay could have been better. The place needs better attention to details.

This place is clean, but I do not recommend it for long term stay. The beds are worn out I complained so they did move me to a different room but the bed is actually worse they put an old worn out mattress pad on it but it did not help. The pillows are actually lumpy. The staff is very nice including the houskeepers, but houskeeping does not speak english so due to my different hours that I work my room does not get attended to daily I have to chase the Housekeepers down the hall to get Fresh Towels and toilet paper. I have been here three months and my back and neck is killing me a problem I have never had before. My company extended me on this job another month, with the possibility of a another three months to follow. I have told them the only way I would do that is if they found me a different place to stay.

This hotel offers everything you could want when you are traveling. Not only are the rooms very clean, the amenities such as a full size refrigerator, sink, stove, and accessories are outstanding. The staff was always very courteous and helpful. You definitely are getting the best value for your travel money.
