This is the first time we've stayed at a Candlewood Suites facility. We were surprised to find a full kitchen instead of just a mini-fridge and microwave. Although breakfast was not complementary, the "Cupboard" offered reasonably priced fare for us to prepare in our room and we saved enough on the room to offset the cost of a "free breakfast" offered by other hotels. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. I think this hotel is better suited to someone spending several days, which would allow the visitor to make the most of the kitchen to prepare meals and save on dining costs. The staff was cordial and was even able to come up with a corkscrew we needed. That being said, the corkscrew was from Candlewood and broke in the attempt to open the wine bottle - thank goodness for my leatherman.

The place is clean and pretty nice. The suite is alright. Kitchen is nice. Our suite had some attention to detail issues. The fan and the bathroom was visibly hanging down from the ceiling and the bathroom needs some grout work. The beds are soft and feel like costs were cut in mattress quality. The bathroom is stocked with cheap single ply paper. We had a light bulb burn out in the bedroom, we stopped by the front desk and requested that is get replaced, we got told it would be taken care of and it did not. We are not unhappy with our stay but definitely felt it could have been better. The previous reviews maybe raised our expectations but we feel the stay could have been better. The place needs better attention to details.
