    Billing for extended stay is tiered and not a firm rate. Even if you leave one hour after check out they bill you for a whole day! Their rates are expensive.

    Weekly room cleaning is often missed.

    Maintenance took 3 days to replace a malfunctioning office chair in suite.

    The best hotel staff ever!

    No matter what I needed or what stupid question I had, the ENTIRE staff at this Candlewood was great!! Never saw a sad face or heard a grumpy sound from anyone! Always, smiling, cheerful and anxious to make my stay perfect! I was especially impressed by Sophia at the front desk and by Bill, the General Manager....what a couple of jewels to have on staff!! Thanks for making a very long business stay feel like home!!
