    This hotel met all of our needs and then some. The staff was very helpful, the beds were comfy and the a/c was cold. Although they did not have breakfast there was a small kitchen in the room so that you may fix your own as well as a stocked store for you to buy the items to fix. ....very convenient and clean!

    Overall, a great hotel. Good room layouts, convenient location, and a very friendly and helpful staff.

    Need to resolve internet issues, but would definitely return.

    Short Night

    Arrived hotel at 1:30 am by taxi, from a late flight with weather problems into Love Field. When checking in there was a group of 5 young adults, coming into the lobby and getting on the elevator. They had been out drinking (?) and were very noisy. After we stared at them, the clerk asked them to be a little quitter. My question is - were all of them registered guests here? I guess they just let anyone walk in and go to a room. My wife said I hope they aren't on our floor. Thank goodness they weren't. We got to sleep a little after 2 am - the room was hot because the a/c was not turned on - and it took time to cool room. We got up around 7:00 am, grabbed out suitcases, and checked out before 7:30. Ready to drive back home.

I am sorry if the lobby was loud when you checked in. I know that must have been disconcerting to you. I have spoken to my auditor and the group that was walking through the lobby was part of an extended stay group that we have with us that were celebrating a birthday. We try to always keep a quiet hotel for the many corporate guests that stay with us throughout the week. I would also like to apologize that your room was warm when you checked in. We try to keep every AC on 74 for our incoming guests, so I am sorry if yours was not on. I would hope that you would try us again in the future. Have a wonderful summer. David General Manager

    Awesome Place, Convenient, Friendly!

    We stayed at Candlewood and from the moment we walked in they had upgraded up and we were awesome! The manager, David Moore was always happy and so friendly and made accommodations for us since we had multiple reservations. Samantha was great and there was always someone around if you needed help or anything. I have never had people so nice and friendly!!
