The staff is always helpful and makes sure your needs are taken care of. We checked in very late due to visiting a local water park with our grandkids. June 18, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Quick Overnight Stay, Was not what I reserved My wife and I planned to stay at this location, about one week before the actual day of arrival. We picked this location because it made the most sense for our itenerary. When I checked in, the lady at the desk was helpful and friendly. I asked if "this was a King Suite" and was told it wasn't, although my online reservation clearly stated it. I was told the only room with a king available was handicapped room. I do not like handicap equiped rooms, as I am able bodied and prefer rooms designed for abale bodied people, and handicapped rooms should be for those folks that need the ammenities. I discussed this with my wife, and we decided to take the king handi room...as I am too large for a queen bed. I am not sure why the consumer is given an option for a room type, pays for that room type, but is not given that room type when they arrive....I ask you is this an oversight or just a pure lack of management. I am usually not difficult, but after an 8 hour drive, I expect to recieve what i reserved. March 18, 2014
