Easy access to ALL of St.Louis attractions. Great shopping nearby and close to casinos. We have found our new "go to" hotel when visiting STL. Thanks for a great stay.

For me there is no better value when traveling than Candlewood Suites.
I travel and stay on the road about 50-60 times a year.All of my stays are at Candlewood Suites.
For a great stay and a great value I only stay with Candlewood Suites.

We checked in at the front desk and were assigned a room on the second floor. Upon entering the room, it was either still occupied or had not been serviced by housekeeping. The kitchen sink was full of dirty dishes and the bed was still unmade, towels on bathroom floor.
We went back down to the lobby and knocked on the office door beacuse the Front Desk Clerk had closed the roll-up door covering the check-in window.
We were given a key to another room, this time on the third floor. Upon opening that door, we found the room occupied by several guests.
We went back to the front desk and again knocked on the office door. We told the clerk that this room was occupied. She then stated that she did not know which rooms were and were not occupied.
She asked us to wait while she found us an open room. She took her master keys and went into the hotel, physically checking rooms to see if they were vacant. After several minutes, she returned and said she had found us a vacant room. We took our luggage for a thrid time to a room.
This experience fell well short of the IHG standard.

YOU COULD NOT EXPERIENCE A FINER HOTEL IN ST.LOUIS.FRANK,JESSICA,FRAN SALIM AND THE ENTIRE STAFF TREATED MYSELF AND WIFE AS FAMILY. AS A MATTER OF FACT,BETTER THAN OUR OWN FAMILY DOES. THE SUITE WAS CLEAN AND AS ALWAYS,HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR OUR STAY. I OWN MY OWN COMPANY,AND CAN AFFORD TO STAY ALMOST ANYWHERE IN sT.lOUIS,AND I ALWAYS CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY,WHEN AVAILABLE. I TRAVEL EXTENSIVELY,AND RATE THE STAFF AND THE PROPERTY,AMONG THE BEST I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. BRAVO,AGAIN,TO YOU ALL AT THE CANDLEWOOD SUITES IN sT.LOUIS.
