    Unprofessional Operation

    I have to give this hotel a very poor rating. Without getting into a long story I will say that the room, which was supposed to be a non-smoking room, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. A trash can under the sink had not been emptied form the previous cleaning, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, none!. When I went to ask about the toilet paper I was first told by someone at the desk that they did not have any and they could give me leaves. After smelling the room and seeing the full trash, I was not amused by the joke. I was then handed two rolls of toilet paper. Based on this incident and the poor check in service, I would have to say that the management or the staff needs some additional training when it comes to customer service.

    filthy room and staff that did nothing

    When i reported the room being dirty the staff offered me free ice cream because we brought the stuff left in the bathroom down and cleaned up the cabinet, the next morning we reported the shower and housekeeping was there and the desk clerk said to housekeeping "are you hearing this" that was the end of the conversation. Upon checkout i told the desk clerk again about the room and he apologized and said i hope you will come back and give us
    another chance. I havent complained about a room in years but his was the worst. I was also never given the points that i was promised for being a platinum member.
