Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel! I stayed here with my family and we had a great time! This hotel was so clean. The staff were great! The room was very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Plenty of parking and right by the mall and plenty of choices of restaraunts in the area. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Elmira area in June. March 26, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend stay Came in on Friday and check in was painless as it should be. The room was not as clean as I'd like but in the past there has never been an issue. Once reported to front desk the issue with the room was corrected. WiFi was shut off on check out day but several hours before the noon check out. Seems it should be available until you check out.
