Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and service Caring manager and staff. They go out of their way to be helpful and make you comfortable. Hotel is kept clean inside and outside at all times and has a good appearance. Helpful staff on finding out restaurants, businesses and points of interest. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Quite during the night, and the coffee is always fresh and ready for the early morning risers. Excellent hotel for the price and location. September 25, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wrong room type Typically don't have problems with Candlewood Suites but this time was not as good as expected. I did not get the type of room I booked and was told I was getting when I checked the week prior to checking in. The front desk person couldn't get me in to the suite I wanted but did at least change me to a multi-bed room. Should have been discounted or free. I was told the girl who booked me no longer worked there. Overall good hotel and staff. June 8, 2013

After our stay, we decided that we when we come to Empoira to visit our daughter at college, we will stay at Candlewood Suites. The large rooms, good size bathroom, and comfortable beds were great!
