Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Greeting the staff at the front desk are the best I have ever experienced in hundreds of hotels stays. Melissa particularly was just so friendly, welcoming but what set her above all others is it is just so natural. She definitely made the stay more pleasant. The beds are better than the last stay so thank you for updating them. With their assistance and the atmosphere created in the lobby it almost felt like home. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Comfortable, Responsive Staff Our room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom also was clean and spacious. Kitchen was great and even had a complimentary bag of microwave popcorn. Microwave clock was a bit too bright at night in the darkened room. WiFi and TV channel selection was very good. We had a minor issue with our rate at check-in and the staff was responsive and resolved it. Location is good for Fort Drum but is a bit out of the way for Watertown shopping compared to some of the other hotels on Arsenal St. Walmart Superstore right next door was convenient. My only problem , which is kinda big, is that the mattress needs an update, very old, you feel the indent in the middle of the bed. Not very comfortable to sleep in. November 3, 2014
