Have posted on Trip Advisor and as stated there this location is always on my list to stay at while in DC for Rolling Thunder Weekend. Nice quiet location with easy access to all of DC Area. Staff always friendly and helpful. No pool but with all the activities going on in DC most likely couldn't use it. Only thing lacking is a Breakfast but you have your own stove refrig and microwave in your room Highly recommend this location. Good Value and comfortable beds.

The convenient location off of Route 66 also allows the hotel guest to easily access the immediate area, whether its the large Fair Oaks Mall, which is a half mile away to a direct route into the District.
While I have stayed at many other extended- stay hotel chains in the US, the rare combination of terrific employees, convenient location and comfortable room suites makes this Fairfax property hard to beat..

We were having difficulty finding the hotel (in the dark and after being on the road for 5 1/2 hours) and called the desk for directions. Theresa answered and stayed on the phone with us, giving us directions, until we arrived. Thank you so much! We loved the little kitchenette in the room. We visited the Candlewood Cupboard several times and found it well stocked and reasonably priced. (Compared to another establishment we had stayed at in the same area a few months ago.)
Will defintitely stay again when we are in the area.

I always stay at the Candlewood Inn whenever I come to visit family and do business in Virginia and DC. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious. The staff is warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Hey, even the mattresses are firm and the parking is convenient.

We stayed here only one night on this trip. This is our preferred location whenever we come to the Northern Virginia/Fairfax area. It is close to great shopping and great restaurants. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. This will always be our first choice when coming to this area.
