The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, it was quiet and we felt very safe during our stay. We will definitely stay there on any return trips. November 13, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing I have stayed at this particular Candlewood on numerous occasions. I have always had a pleasant experience until this time. I was very disappointed in the room cleanliness. There was trash in one of the wastebaskets and the bedside table had a Vaseline ring where a container had been set. I personally cleaned the room to ensure sanitation and sanity. I simply did not want to worry whether everything had been addressed or not. I know that "one bad apple" does not indicate the overall experience. However, coming in tired to a dirty room is simply not something that I want to do again. I will think twice before staying there again. There are too many other reasonable options. October 28, 2012
