Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Would not stay here again Specifically requested good WiFi access, connection was very poor or not at all. Not enough sleeping arrangements for me and my 3 grand daughters even though requested. No breakfast provided, other local inns had breakfast provided at comparable price. Desk person could not give good directions to hotel considering construction problems on local freeway and website directions were incorrect re: distance to travel. All in all, Fort Smith Candlewood experience was worst on our travels! And Maxwell House Coffee? Really? But what do you expect from Arkansas. Since no breakfast at least the "Cupboard" could have been reasonably priced but wasn't. MV60 June 14, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great to have a working recliner and great service. We made our reservation directly to the management of the hotel via cell phone. I need a recliner to sleep in due to health issues. When we arrived and went to our room, the bedding for the recliner was neatly folded and on the recliner. The staff went above and beyond to help us in any way that they could. January 30, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Platinum Priority Club Member unappreciated Upon arrival, generally Platinum members are given a "goody bag" of some type, even if it is a free bottle of water....I had to ask if Platinum members received anything and was told no. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in, The fan in the bedroom did not work, therefore the heat was not able to be circulated throughout the suite and I think it got down to freezing that night. The suite was clean and comfortable....but your beds have to go. October 31, 2012
