I stay here all the time. It works well for me. Rooms are clean, and staff is friendly and helpful.

We made our reservation directly to the management of the hotel via cell phone. I need a recliner to sleep in due to health issues. When we arrived and went to our room, the bedding for the recliner was neatly folded and on the recliner. The staff went above and beyond to help us in any way that they could.

Upon arrival, generally Platinum members are given a "goody bag" of some type, even if it is a free bottle of water....I had to ask if Platinum members received anything and was told no. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in, The fan in the bedroom did not work, therefore the heat was not able to be circulated throughout the suite and I think it got down to freezing that night. The suite was clean and comfortable....but your beds have to go.
