    Poor Experience

    My wife and I stayed at this hotel while I was in town on business. Since the Holiday Inn on Coliseum was full I stayed here as it was a "sister" hotel.

    I must say it was a poor experience from the get go. Upon walking into the room a flowery fragrance was used that neither my wife or I could cope with. We were shifted into another room which was some better but the smell still was present. The other issue was the bed in this room was the poorest quality bed I have ever slept on. Besides the fact it creaked loudly with any movement I managed little sleep due to its poor quality.

    All of this was reported to the front desk upon checkout and they offered and said they would give me an additional 5,000 points for the issues, which I have never received. I only hope these issues have been looked into and addressed!!

    Settle for the "sister" hotel in the future-not here.
