    Upon arrival Front Desk associate was very friendly and helpful. However the overall look of the lobby was dim and dirty. Once we arrived in our room you could tell that it had a liguring smoking smell to the room, and was very difficult for my daughter and I to adjust to this smell. We also had a handy capped room which wasn't necessary, but I guess that was what was available at tim of check in. The shower was very difficult to use since it was a hand held shower. Very hard to wash and rinse (hair/body) at the same time.
    Would I recommend staying there yes, but I would caution whom ever about the smell. People with breathing problems would have a difficult time.

    Room Reservation not Honored!

    We confirmed a one bedroom suite with a king bed and got a two double bed suite that had beds the size of postage stamps. And I was told at check in it was because I booked online. Then the next day I was told by a different front desk attendant it was because they were overbooked. I got no sleep at all. As a IHG rewards club member I expect more . They did give me 1500 points but that wasn't close to a whole nights worth of no sleep and a smokey room. And there is no breakfast at this Hotel.Was very disappointed in our stay and we visit Fort Wayne often. The rest of the room was clean and we had enough towels.
