Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Aviod this dump and sleep in your car--it's more comfortable terrible bed in bedroom--it sagged in the middle bedroom was not air conditioned it took five hours for the lousy air conditioner to finally cool the main room -- the bedroom never did get cool this place is in bad shape and needs new furniture and beds i will never ever stay in a Candlewood Suites again-- July 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Shuttle Service We opted to drive a rental car from DFW to Austin and back rather than risk another round of missed connections and flights. We dropped off the rental at 10PM, caught the hotel's shuttle to the hotel, slept a few hours, and caught the hotel's shuttle to DFW at 4:30 AM for an early flight home. I was impressed that the shuttle ran every half hour 24/7. The staff were all extra friendly. The room was perfect for our need to sleep and wake early to leave. The room smelled a little of smoke at first even though it was a nonsmoking room, but once we were in there moving around and the AC was blowing it cleared up well and was not a concern for my partner's even more sensitive nose. The suite was much bigger and impressive than we expected. We were glad for the fridge and coffee maker. Too bad we didn't have time to enjoy the rest of the room and facilities. July 18, 2014
