Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor manager and front desk service. Most of the desk clerks were incompetent and the manager was very rude and disrespectful. I wanted to stay a second night using my points and was given contradictory information and service by the hotel staff, who indicated that the telephone reservationist had not made my reservation correctly even though I received an e-mail confirmation!
