Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from home. The cleaness of the hotel is sensational. The staff are friendly but too much gossip. A little more professional approach. Prime example is; Darlene . Front desk lady is very well rounded in her professionalism. Some policies need to change. One; no worker allowed to stay as a guest while employed. Only the manager. That will solve some gossip issues. All in all; great place to stay. October 22, 2014

I wanted to stay a second night using my points and was given contradictory information and service by the hotel staff, who indicated that the telephone reservationist had not made my reservation correctly even though I received an e-mail confirmation!
