The staff was quite nice. The rooms were lacking a bit of upkeep...maintenance (ie. torn curtain or shades, ripped cushion on the sofa, old carpeting). We stayed in room 324 (I believe). The rooms were a nice size. And, we liked that the bedroom was nicely separated from the "living room". It really was a great value and clean. For that reason, I would recommend Candlewood Suites. I just wish some effort went into the upkeep of the furnishings and décor in the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed the spacious suite with full kitchen and large bathroom. Helpful staff enabled me to wind down after an intense day. Will make this hotel my first choice when I am in Columbus.

Loved the well-equipped kitchen and the extended counter/desk area. Lots of room to spread out. Mounted TV allows easy viewing form anywhere in the room.

Candlewood Suites Columbus Airport exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in other Candlewood suites and they were great but this one was exceptional. From the lobby to our room all was clean and look fresh. The kitchen was well equipped. The lending locker is a great idea. The hotel is close to the airport and shopping. It was very clean and quiet. Certainly not last but very important was the friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Spent a couple nights here recently on business. Nice property, and excellent staff. It's right next door to a good restaurant as well. My only complaint is that when we had to check out in the evening around 9 PM, the front desk informed me (and my co-worker who had a room also) that he had no way of providing us with a copy of our paid receipt. What ???
I stay in hotel rooms about 100 nights a year, and never heard this in my life. Hint to mgmt : virtually all people traveling on business need a receipt to submit to their accounting departments. HELLO !
Otherwise, a very good experience here.

I had never stayed in a Candlewood Suites Hotel and was pleasantly surprised on how nice the room was! It made me want to stay an extra night. I found it to be a decent value for the price.
