    I had massive problems at check-in that the staff really didn't seem to care about. He was very cold towards my issue and didn't really seem to care if it was rectified or not.

    The hotel is good for the value if they would turn on the heat in the rooms. I understand not heating them if they are going to be empty but when they know you are going to be staying they should turn on the heat.
