Would be five star but gave me a one bed room for my wife 2 kids and I. Made reservation one line for two bed. Chared me full price on two bed room first night and regular price the second night, said there was nothing they could do since I made them online. So I recremind not doing that since its uncontrollable and useless!!! George town is beautiful tho and people are great witch made it a good stay!

Pillows were too fat and bulky, would have preferred medium size pillows. Otherwise bed was comfortable.

We stayed here for a little more than 2 months while waiting for our home to be completed. During that chaotic time, it was such a relief to come home to the hotel, and always be greeted by happy, helpful faces!
The rooms are very well appointed, and the kitchenette was very useful. I was able to cook a good portion of our meals in our room, and having the dishwasher take care of the dirty dishes made life so much easier! The pantry was adequate, and the cooking tools were very handy. We used the pasta strainer several times, and the large Tupperware containers were useful as bowls to mix things in.
The bathroom is ample for the size of our suite, and the staff was always making sure we had enough towels & other toiletries on hand. The two closets provided adequate space. Moving in w/a fair amount of stuff for our long stay, I was expecting to have boxes piled up everywhere, but that was not the case. We found that we had everything put away, and still room left over! The Master Bedroom was a very good size, and the bedding was very comfortable. The living room was a very large space, with a pull out sofa bed. We actually did use the pull out for a few nights when family came into town unexpectedly, and even that bed was comfortable! No need to worry if it was too hard, the staff graciously offered us some blow out beds if the sofa bed didn't work out.
The hotel strives for great customer service, but is also very flexible to accommodate its residents. Our cats were welcome at this hotel, which was a very big deal for us.The staff also accommodated us when we needed to borrow their vacuum cleaner, or when my builder screwed up his timeline (repeatedly) and we needed to stay a few days/weeks longer than originally intended. Having on-site laundry facilities, for free no less, just added to the positive experience we had at this hotel.
While everyone at the hotel deserves Kudos, we especially enjoyed dealing w/Daniel, who is one of the nicest, friendliest people on the planet! Charlotte & Dave also went above and beyond to help us get through this difficult transition. I've already recommended their hotel to some former neighbors who are also moving, and I would not hesitate at all to stay here, or at any other Candlewood Suites in the near future. Great job all around!!

We were in the area to purchase a home - the hotel was nice respite after long days, many appointments etc. The staff was extremely helpful. We would stay there again.

This is a great hotel, the staff was very friendly. The only problem is that the rooms heating and cooling is controlled by a motion detector. If it does not detect movement, it does not come on. If I walked out of the room and came back in the A/C would come on and run for 15 minutes and turn off. Night time was the worst. The front desk said that the system could not be over-ridden. This is a very nice hotel for the price i paid, but the motion detector for the heating and cooling needs to be re-visited.
